Bill brings a broad range of experience
to his position as Senior Benefits Consultant with the McInnes Group, Inc. Having owned and run a successful benefits consulting agency, he is well versed in all aspects of employee benefits. He has considerable strengths in finding innovative ways of constructing flexible benefits tailored to each client’s specific needs, goals, and objectives.

Bill’s clients are extraordinarily loyal due to his affable personality, his attention to detail, and his empathetic style of dealing with everyone he comes into contact with.

Bill was born and raised in Kansas City, is a graduate of Bishop Ward High School, Benedictine College, and spent several years playing baseball in the Atlanta Braves organization. He currently resides in Olathe, Kansas, with his wife, Carrie and their five children. Bill’s golf talents are legendary and he looks forward to every new day with his trademark smile.
