J. Duncan McInnes, IV, CLU

President

Duncan McInnes is the president of McInnes Group, Inc.

In this role, he sets the agenda and code of professional conduct for the agency, directs the client sales strategies and coordinates tax and financial strategies with clients and their legal and tax advisors. Additionally, Duncan controls, evaluates and researches all products and carrier outlets for the agency.

During Duncan’s 33 years in the financial services and benefits business, he has been a sought after speaker, an officer in Certified Life Underwriters, has held positions on carrier agent’s councils and led the agency to a top tier sales status with most regional and national carrier production clubs. Duncan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri in 1973 and a Certified Life Underwriter designation from the American College in 1976.

He is proud to have his son Matthew join the agency in 2003 after his graduation from Pittsburgh State University providing continuity in servicing for years to come.
