As an Individual Insurance/Customer Support Representative for the McInnes Group for the past four years, Susan brings many years of experience in the medical, dental, and insurance fields to her position.  She has several years of health claims processing and customer support with large insurance companies in Iowa, Minnesota, Texas, Kansas, and Missouri.  She has been employed at medical clinics at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas, and University of Kansas Medical Center.

She strives to provide excellent customer service with clients and staff she works with daily.  Her extensive knowledge and years of insurance experience in both the medical and dental fields, allows her to handle complicated claim questions with both the insured's and insurance carriers in a timely manner to benefit all with a positive response.  She has her agent license in health and life.  She has received compliments from our clients and enjoys working with them to make their job easier dealing with employee benefits and their insurance issues.

Susan also enjoys working with the Missouri Bar Association providing her clients with Individual quotes for health and dental coverage.  She attends their annual convention to provide them with up to date information so that they can make decisions beneficial to their insurance needs.

She currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband their golden retriever Madison and two cats.  Their daughter and her husband live in Chicago.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, going on trips to Chicago and taking walks with their dog Madison.

Friends would say she is someone who is always looking out for others and doing things to make people happy.
